17th of February 2003 - "Megatex" celebrated its 10th anniversary.

November- 2003 - the plant was certified up to the Quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 ( ISO 9001-2000, registration number UA.2.008.889).

May- 2003 "Megatex" was awarded special diploma "Through the cooperation to prosperity" at the International Exhibition "Metallurgy. Machinery Building 2003" in Zaporozhje.

March- 2003 the enterprise was given a right to use its products on the National Railways. It was included into the National Register of the enterprises which products are used on the National Railways.

2003- a new rotary furnace was installed. It helps to increase the output for 30%. New gas extraction filtering system put into operation, capacities of the Babbitt workshop were increased, the erection of the mechanical workshop and change house for the workers started.

October 2002- JSC "Megatex" registered its trade mark. Now all the products bear the trade mark sign.

March 2002- the enterprise was given the Sanitary-Hygienic body conclusion which allows application of its product (solder POS-40) to be used in the food industry. "Megatex" went to the external markets. Among new customers - batteries producing companies in Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania.

2002 - a new modernized gas filtration system was introduced. The technical documentation for the producing of modern lead alloys with selenium, tin, calcium, natrium and other components was developed.

June 2001 - for the fist time the Quality Control System up to the requirements of ISO 9002-95 (9002) was developed, introduced and certified. Registration number UA.008.300.

May 2001 - on the International Exhibition "Metallurgy. Machinery building 2001" in Zaporozhje the enterprise was awarded special diploma "To the national producer for the wide range of highly competitive products".

2001 - the complete modernization of the production complex was started.

May 2001 - the chemical laboratory of "Megatex" was once again certified by the Ministry of the Industrial Policy of Ukraine and given permission to make analysis of non-ferrous metals and alloys by itself.

May 2000 - on the International Exhibition "Metallurgy. Machinery building 2000" the enterprise was awarded diploma "For the high quality products and marketing activities".

"Megatex" now occupies leading position among the enterprises of the same profile.

Mastering of the world level quality products - selenium alloys made it possible for "Megatex" to sign long-term contract for delivering its products to the biggest national batteries producer- 'ISTA" plant in Dnepropetrovsk.

February 2000 - JSC "Megatex" opened its branch office in Poltava. One of the main activities is producing lead alloys for batteries manufacturing.

2000- JSC "Megatex" started to work according to the ecological program "Ecology and Lead-Acid Batteries" - which means collecting and utilization of the used LAB. This program was developed in close cooperation with Donetsk Institute of Non-Ferrous Metals and Alloys.

23rd of November 1999 - the city Mayor signed the Order N 624 about re-registration of the SC "Megatex" as JSC "Megatex".

May 1999 - chemical laboratory of "Megatex" was registered by the Ministry of Industrial policy of Ukraine. On the International Exhibition in Zaporozhje the enterprise was awarded diploma "For the active participation in exhibition".

30th of April 1999- the city Mayor signed the Order N 625 about the re-registration of the PC (Private Company) "Megatex" as SC (Stock Company) "Megatex".

1999 - first introduction of the short rotary furnaces - in Ukraine and C.I.S.

November 1998 - the enterprise was the first to start production of the exclusive babbitt in bars with diameters 24 - 35 mm.

May 1998 on the International exhibition in Zaporozhje " Metallurgy. Machinery building 1998" the enterprise was awarded diploma "For marketing activities and high quality products".

1998 - on 27th of March chemical laboratory of "Megatex" was for the first time certified by the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine and given permission to make chemical analysis of non-ferrous metals and alloys by itself.

1997 - "Megatex" took part in the International Exhibition "Metallurgy 1997" for the first time.

1996 - the administration building was erected, all working places were computerized, new specialists were hired.

1995 - the enterprise was constantly growing, the output increasing. Among its customers - large state owned and regional companies. The assortment of products widened.

1994 - total personnel number - over 20 men. Completely new system of regional sales was introduced. 17th of February 1993 - official registration of the PC (Private Company) "Megatex".
